摘要: The 100-year anniversary of the first experimental apheresis performed by John Abel on uremic dogs in 1914 provides opportunity for discussion current state classic as well technological progress and clinical experiences with its new options presented world literature last 15 years, such following: double filtration, plasma adsorption immunoadsorption, leuko- cytapheresis low-density lipoprotein apheresis. In our review, we highlight potential limitations further development those highly promising techniques, lack multicenter, controlled studies; insufficient knowledge mechanisms techniques but not least, restricted access to apheresis, caused both high expenditure organizational negligence, even developed countries. Special attention was paid most recent recommendations American Society Apheresis primary secondary renal diseases, which are subject professional interest.
