摘要: Rapid amelioration of hypercholesterolemia in nephrotic syndrome (NS) using low density lipoprotein-apheresis (LDL-A) sometimes leads to NS remission, along with improvement impaired biodefense system; however, the mechanism how LDL-A affects is still unknown. We studied IFN-γ production under IL-12 stimulation for 24 h whole blood from 30 patients, 31 non-NS 35 healthy volunteers and another four persistent patients due refractory focal segmental glomerulonephritis minimal change type syndrome. compared peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMC) before after each 14 procedures.
