Selected hematopoietic cytokines in patients with colorectal cancer

摘要: Abstract We have investigated the serum level of selected hematopoietic cytokines, such as interleukin 3, granulocyte-macrophage--colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), granulocyte--colony (G-CSF) and macrophage--colony (M-CSF) in colorectal cancer patients. Also correlations between their concentrations stages were made. The study was done on group consisted 30 diagnosed used classification stage tumor described by Dukes. results compared with control 20 healthy persons. examined factors assayed ELISA method. In patients levels IL-3, GM-CSF M-CSF increased comparison group. differences cytokines statistically significant for M-CSF. higher more advanced stage. This permit further usefulness these a markers cancer.
