摘要: Lung cancer is the most common cause of death from worldwide per year. Platinum-based combination chemotherapy a main treatment lung cancer. Cisplatin adopted widely and used effectively in first-line chemotherapy. Unfortunately, development cisplatin resistance major obstacle to success caner. cell-cycle-non-specific cytotoxic drugs its target DNA. Thus, defective DNA damage repair one mechanisms resistance. In this review, we will focus on including nucleotide excision repair, mismatch double-strand break translesion synthesis.
