摘要: Aim This study was designed to determine the risk factors of lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with tumors ≤ 2 cm, using Shanghai Chest Hospital Lung Cancer Database. Methods Five hundred and eighteen NSCLC 2 cm were included this study, classified into node-positive node-negative groups. Univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses performed select independent for patients. Results No evidence found 1 cm, all positive results sized 1–2 cm. Imaging characteristics, including solid part-solid nodules, strongly associated (odds ratio [OR] 24.959, 95% confidence interval [CI] 5.999–103.835, P 1 cm. Conclusion Size had a great impact on metastasis, especially Preoperative imaging, non-adeno non-squamous carcinoma, pleural invasion, carcinoembryonic antigen indicated dissection. There no discrepancy between N1 N2 nodes.
