摘要: Food waste and sewage sludge are the most abundant problematic organic wastes in any society. Mixture of these two may provide appropriate substrate condition for dark fermentative biohydrogen production based on synergistic mutual benefits. This work evaluates continuous hydrogen from cosubstrate food to verify mechanisms performance improvement anaerobic sequencing batch reactors. Volatile solid concentration mixing ratio were adjusted 5 % 80:20, respectively. Five different hydraulic retention times (HRT) 36, 42, 48, 72, 108 h tested using reactors find out optimal operating condition. Results show that best was achieved at HRT 72 h, where yield, rate, content 62.0 mL H2/g VS, 1.0 L H2/L/day, ~50 %, Sufficient time (143 h) proper loading rate (8.2 g COD/L/day as carbohydrate) 72h led enhanced with better showing n-butyrate/acetate (B/A) 2.6. Analytical result terminal-restriction fragment length polymorphism revealed specific peaks associated Clostridium sp. Bacillus strongly related sludge.
