摘要: The applicability of different kinetics to the hydrolysis particulate organic material in anaerobic digestion is discussed. Hydrolysis has traditionally been modelled according first-order kinetics. For complex substrate, should be modified order take into account hardly degradable material. It shown that models which coupled growth hydrolytic bacteria work well at high or fluctuant loading. In particular, surface-related two-phase and Contois showed good fits experimental data from a wide range waste. Both tend biomass-to-waste ratio and, for this reason, they can considered as more general models. Examples on inhibition processes might affect degradation solid waste are reported. Acetogenesis methanogenesis rate-limiting stages such cases, stimulation (mechanically, chemically biologically) may lead further these stages, ultimately affects well. Since process characterized by surface transport phenomena, new developments spatially distributed fundamental provide insights process.
