摘要: Chemical-looping combustion (CLC) has been recognized as an energy-efficient method for CO2 capture. From thermodynamics point of view, CaSO4 a good availability in the cycle CLC system. The inhibition poor mechanical strength and reactivity is fatal to system based on calcium sulfate (CaSO4). In this study, three important parameters (binder, acetic acid, water) were selected factors L9 orthogonal experiment designed investigate performance binder-supported oxygen carriers by intuitive analysis. Then, suitable comprehensively studied fixed bed reactor. results showed that adding binder enhanced increased conversion CaSO4, optimal extrusion condition was: 30 g 12 SB powder (sticky pseudo-boehmite), 2.5 ml 15 water. reduction mass-based reaction rates obviously enhanced. Moreover, favorable was explained formation CaAl2O4. This compound excellent thermal stability provided stable nanosized framework between crystal grains observed field emission scanning electron microscope.
