摘要: In an effort to surface engineering of poly(D,L-lactic acid) (PDLLA), layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly chitosan (Chi) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) were employed build up multilayered films. The formation multilayers was monitored by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron (XPS), water contact-angle measurement, atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. A full coverage Chi/DNA pair film formed only after the fifth sequential deposition (PEI/(DNA/Chi)2), which revealed measurement. Surface chemistry topography films directly related corresponding outmost layer component. Discernable island-like structures on PEI/(DNA/Chi)5/DNA layered PDLLA observed. Lysozyme-mediated multilayer degradation DNA-releasing measurement suggested that DNA gradually released into incubation medium over a period 32 h. approach presented here may be exploited develop controlled administration functional constructs from surfaces biomedical materials devices in situ.
