摘要: This work has developed a method to transfer nanoparticle array from the parent substrate target surface. A close-packed and ordered Au (Au NP) been successfully transferred using poly(lactic acid) (PLA) as mediator. For transfer, last step, i.e. removing PLA mediator, plays crucial role. The commonly-used dissolution of in organic solvents cannot maintain integrity. In this study, we have introduced wedging peel off Relative dissolution, is mild procedure able meet requirement transferring vulnerable array. NP arrays before after were thoroughly characterized by optical microscopy, TEM SAXS. All experimental results proved that structure was well preserved at both macroscopic microscopic scales. Further, combined with layer-by-layer (LbL) self-assembly fabricate freestanding nanoparticle-array-sandwiched membrane. polymer/nanoparticle nanocomposite membrane, nanoparticles arranged close, single-layer way, which hardly achieved situ LbL self-assembly. distinct architecture endows membrane excellent mechanical properties. Buckling instability testing exhibited modulus four times higher than analogues. exploration indicates an efficient way manipulate two-dimensional structures, enabling them fulfill their true potential.
