摘要: Copolymer networks from poly(ethylene glycol) methacrylate (PEGMA) and caprolactone 2-(methacryloyloxy) ethyl ester were synthesized the resulting structure of copolymer network was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, equilibrium water gain dynamic mechanical analysis, results which employed to conclude about copolymers. The new material is a random with good miscibility increasing hydrophilicity as PEGMA content increases in composition. Physical data suggest an excess free volume synergistic interactions between lateral chains both comonomers. Olfactory ensheathing cells cultured on different networks, cell viability proliferation assessed MTS assay. copolymers 30 wt% showed best compared other compositions this respect, indicating relevance for biological performance balance hydrophilic hydrophobic functionalities polymer chain.
