摘要: Purpose: To retrospectively evaluate the natural history of high-grade (>50%) asymptomatic central venous stenosis (CVS) in hemodialysis patients and outcome serial treatment CVS with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA). Materials Methods: The institutional review board granted exemption for this retrospective study, need informed consent was waived, all data collection compliance HIPAA. Patients access requiring maintenance procedures between 1998 2004 incidentally found to have ipsilateral (≥50%) were identified from a departmental database.
