摘要: Micropopulations consisting of six male mice different genotypes were studied (each lines A/He, CBA/Lac, C57BL/6J, DD, YT, and PT was represented by one male). Interlinear differences in the level social dominance effects genotype, hierarchy, season on vitro testosterone production testes examined under incubation conditions. The estimated control conditions stimulation with human chorionic gonadotropin (CG). Significant genetic initial CG-stimulated incubated found. By production, fell into two groups: CBA/Lac had low hormone; PT, high production. responsiveness gonads to CG, three line testes; intermediate production; obtained data indicate stability polymorphism for gonadotropins, because neither nor formation hierarchy could significantly change interlinear differences. In characterized hormonal activity males became dominant a greater number cases during micropopulations. dynamics both sex hormone CG established hierarchy; this revealed. Specific characteristics secretory detected depending Seasonal genotypic revealed Genotypic degree inertia biosynthesis exposure gonadotropins.
