摘要: Evaluation of the e-book business strategy model is a critical problem and it plays significant role in success firm development. On other hand, selecting most appropriate among pool alternatives multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. Therefore, this study proposed hybrid evaluation based on trial laboratory (DEMATEL), fuzzy analytic network process (FANP), complex proportional assessment (COPRAS) method to help managers with proper environment, where fuzziness uncertainties are handled linguistic terms parameterized by triangular numbers (TFNs). The final results show capability effectiveness model.
