Constructing Taipei City Sports Centre Performance Evaluation Model with Fuzzy MCDM Approach Based on Views of Managers

摘要: This study aims to utilize the fuzzy analytical/network process (FAHP/FANP) and decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach recognize influential indicators of sport centre business management in Taipei city’s sports centre. Twenty-three centres with six-dimensions were identified from literature review interview twelve experts (academic practical experience). By considering interrelationships among indices, DEMATEL was used deal importance causal relationships indices Then, we employ FAHP/FANP determine weight each criterion. Our empirical results provide two main insights: first, strategies comprise 23 indexes; second, FANP analysis shows that six key factors are (in order priority) service price, site conditions, operations management, traffic products, staff quality. uses along mathematical computing managers a reliable reference assist them formulating most effective strategy possible.
