摘要: Purpose To determine the effectiveness of an aspheric laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) algorithm for myopia with and without astigmatism minimizing postoperative induction spherical aberration. Setting Four sites Asia. Methods Patients −1.00 to −10.00 diopters (D) −4.00 D or less were recruited. randomly had bilateral Zyoptix (aspheric group) conventional Tissue Saving (control group). A Technolas 217z100 excimer system was used LASIK ablation. Visual effectiveness, safety, higher-order aberrations, corneal asphericity (Q value) evaluated postoperatively. Results The group comprised 86 eyes control group, 84 eyes. At 3 months, high-contrast uncorrected distance visual acuity 20/20 better 78% 83% group. treatment induced 0.22 μm aberration, which significantly higher than 0.04 (6.0 mm pupil) (P .05). Although high- low-contrast corrected (CDVA) similar between groups, gained more lines CDVA. Conclusion effective reducing aberration maintaining after myopic LASIK.
