摘要: Abstract Boron silicon oxycarbide fiber mats have been obtained through pyrolysis in inert atmosphere of sol–gel derived hybrid materials. The characterization the preceramic fibers and process reveals different boron incorporation depending on composition. ceramic conversion involves a series reactions governed by presence mixed bonds that implies larger phase segregation higher graphite nanodomain size with decrease number borosiloxane bridges material. formation structure, where both Si B are taking part network occurs excess precipitates as boric acid surface fibers. These can cause pores pyrolyzed fiber.
