摘要: Three adolescents with unilateral renal vein thrombosis and the nephrotic syndrome are presented. Light, fluorescent, electron microscopic examination of bilateral biopsy specimens in each patient demonstrated membranous glomerulonephritis both kidneys. In first case there was no evidence preexisting disease initial at time revealed near normal glomeruli on light microscopy. Fluorescent staining microscope immune complex deposition along glomerular basement membrane. Follow-up same seven months later showed advanced glomerubonephritis These cases as well data from recent animal experiments raise interesting suggestion that might be an immunologic disease. Unilateral obstruction may result antigen release antigen-antibody formation subsequent deposition, disease, syndrome.
