摘要: This paper focusses on technologies which have failed to reach the marketplace for reasons are connected more with organization in they were developed than technology itself. They referred as stagnant technologies. Such can clearly be exploited via joint ventures; however there problems of finding a suitable partner and managing partnership when one has been found. To overcome such role third party is suggested called catalyst firm. Such firm involved identifying technologies, locating partner, assisting management through commercialization.
