摘要: The aim of this research was to determine the concentrations cadmium, lead, mercury, and arsenic essential elements iron selenium in tissues (muscle, kidney, liver, spleen, fat) fallow deer (Dama dama L.) without with supplemental addition. Another effect addition on indicators oxidative stress, namely, levels superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione, vitamin E. carried out 40 during two periods. Supplemental feed provided first period, added (3 mg/kg) for 60 days second period. concentration higher period than (in kidney tissue, 0.957 vs. 0.688 mg/kg, P < 0.05). dietary decreased (P < 0.05) some heavy metals (lead spleen = 0.06 0.27 mg/kg fatty tissue = 0.17 0.69 mg/kg; muscle tissue = 0.005 0.014 mg/kg, liver = 0.003 0.009 mg/kg, spleen = 0.004 0.013 mg/kg, fat = 0.008 0.016 mg/kg). activity peroxidase significantly (1375.36 933.23 U/L).
