摘要: A method is described for the determination of trace amounts lead in gallium arsenide by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) using chemical modification. The sample dissolved hydrochloric acid and bromine, with addition ammonium chloride plus chromium(III) as modifier. ashing atomization steps were optimized. detection limit was found to be 5 ng g–1 peak height measurements 13 area measurements. reproducibility over-all procedure 2–10% depending on content. results agreement those obtained anodic stripping voltammetry.
