摘要: Abstract The distribution of 203 Hg-labeled mercuric acetate and phenylmercuric in several vital organs was studied by tracer technique after a single oral administration. highest concentrations mercury were found the kidneys; next, that order, liver, lung heart. accumulations other comparatively small. major route excretion both mercurials via feces, small amounts excreted urine. average total 1 week reached 98% 80% administered doses for inorganic salt PMA, respectively. Greater portions these excretions first three days. Subcellular Hg rat liver kidneys following an administration PMA have been investigated. percentage varied slightly between kidney remained quite constant throughout 72-hour post dosage period.
