摘要: Pheochromocytomas and extra-adrenal paragangliomas are catecholamine-secreting tumors that rarely occur in pregnancy. The diagnosis of these pregnancy can be challenging given many the signs symptoms commonly attributed to preeclampsia or other more common diagnoses. Early appropriate management essential optimizing maternal fetal outcomes. We report a rare case tumor which occurring at time labor was being induced for concomitant with severe features. Her initial presentation hypertensive crisis led diagnostic workup secondary causes hypertension eventual paraganglioma. Obtaining this prior delivery essential, as prompt multidisciplinary care, changed course her clinical management, ultimately enabled good This highlights importance maintaining high index suspicion obstetric patients providing timely care.
