Crystal basis model: Codon-Anticodon interaction and genetic code evolution

摘要: Imposing a minimum principle in the framework of so called crystal basis model genetic code, we determine structure set 22 anticodons which allows translational-transcription for animal mitochondrial code. The results are very good agreement with observed anticodons. Then, analyse evolution 20 amino acids encoded from beginning, viewpoint codon-anticodon interaction. Following same spirit as above, Ancient, Archetypal and Early Genetic codes. Most our agree generally accepted scheme.
