摘要: Using pigmented rabbits, two fluorophotometric methods for measuring aqueous flow were compared. A corneal depot of dye was used to measure in one eye each rabbit while the vitreous method Johnson and Maurice over same period fellow eye. After intravenous administration acetazolamide or mannitol, during first hour after drug delivery a decrease observed with that undetected dye. In rabbits which water-loaded by orogastric tube, an increase method, indicated flow. The depends on assumption rate loss from remains stable. It is shown movement water into out can cause large changes anterior chamber make interpretation ambiguous. While probably superior sustained tens hours days, it concluded cannot be shorter periods.
