摘要: A method for preparing a transparent electrically conductive article which is characterized by forming coating on the surface of plastic material vacuum evaporation using indic oxide as an evaporating source at pressure lower than 5 x 10 4 mmHg while maintaining temperature 1,300 DEG to 2,000 C., and thereafter subjecting said oxidation treatment.
