A Comparative Study of Enantioseparations of Nα-Fmoc Proteinogenic Amino Acids on Quinine-Based Zwitterionic and Anion Exchanger-Type Chiral Stationary Phases under Hydro-Organic Liquid and Subcritical Fluid Chromatographic Conditions

摘要: The focus of this contribution is a comparative investigation enantioseparations 19 Nα-Fmoc proteinogenic amino acids on Quinine-based zwitterionic and anion-exchanger type chiral stationary phases employing hydro-organic polar-ionic liquid subcritical fluid chromatographic conditions. Effects mobile phase composition (including additives, e.g., water, basis acids) nature selectors the performances were studied at different modes. Thermodynamic parameters temperature dependent enantioseparation results calculated in range 5–50 °C applying plots lnα versus 1/T. differences standard enthalpy entropy for given pair enantiomers served as comparisons. Elution sequence all cases was determined, where general rule could be observed, both mode d-enantiomers eluted before L ones. In modes, principles ion exchange chromatography apply.
