摘要: The present invention relates to a microfluid-system-supporting unit, comprising fixing layer formed on substrate, protective or layer, wherein part of at least one hollow filament in any shape is placed and fixed the layer. Thus, it provides unit lower surface irregularity even when there are multiple filaments different external diameter crosses each other resistant positional deviation crossing regions, production method thereof.
