摘要: The process of apoptosis is a critical component normal immune system development and homeostasis, in many cells this involves signaling through the c-Jun amino terminal kinase (JNK) pathway. In Jurkat T cells, Fas-induced JNK activity dependent upon activation caspase cascades known to be central components apoptotic program. We show cell lines expressing dominant negative PAK construct that necessary for response Fas receptor cross-linking. Inhibition induced by does not impair death as assessed DNA fragmentation. However, expression catalytically active C terminus PAK2, which generated action during Fas-mediated apoptosis, induces apoptosis. conclude resulting from caspase-mediated cleavage PAK2 can contribute induction death.
