摘要: A streamtube model is used to describe the variation of average cross-sectional properties a steady, well-mixed deep boundary current in rotating, stratified ocean. Empirical laws are parametrize turbulent entrainment and bottom friction. Entrainment friction coefficients (E0, K) evaluated from data Norwegian Overflow through Denmark Strait Mediterranean Outflow.
