An analytic theory of Doppler-shift attenuation

摘要: Abstract The treatment of the author's earlier exact analysis Doppler shifts γ-spectra is improved. remains within Lindhard theory slowing down heavy ions in solids, while calculations using a realistic scattering cross section and including electronic stopping are facilitated. Besides first moment, F ( τ ), Doppler-shifted spectrum, higher moments spectrum itself can be calculated. It pointed out that cumulative — i.e. indefinite integral more easily reliably calculated than itself. Comparisons made with by Blaugrund method experiment.
