摘要: Varicocele is an abnormal dilatation and tortuosity of the pampiniform venous plexus spermatic cord, chiefly affecting internal vein less commonly cremasteric (external spermatic) vein. There are two types varicocele: 1. primary or idiopathic - most common type, 2 secondary, due to kidney retroperitoneal tumour, lymphadenopathy hepatic congestion.
