摘要: In neuroscience, data are typically generated from neural network activity. Complex interactions between measured time series involved, and nothing or only little is known about the underlying dynamic system. Convergent Cross Mapping (CCM) provides possibility to investigate nonlinear causal by using state space reconstruction. Aim of this study general applicability, show potentials limitation CCM. Influence estimation parameters could be demonstrated means simulated data, whereas interval-based application CCM on real adapted for investigation heart rate specific EEG components children with temporal lobe epilepsy.
