摘要: Abstract Subtle structural and functional retinal abnormalities, termed ‘HIV-associated Neuroretinal Disorder (HIV-NRD)’, have been reported in HIV patients receiving combination antiretroviral therapy (cART), without infectious retinitis or any apparent fundus abnormalities otherwise. In this review, we provide an overview of studies investigating HIV-NRD opportunistic ocular infections the cART era, try to elucidate underlying mechanisms associated risk factors.
