摘要: EPA and DHA are forming compounds of Omega 3 anchovy ( Stolephorus Sp . )oil concentrate. Content analysis results fatty acid 1% using spectrophotometer GC-MS, identified at minute 14,43 with similarity index 27,5 %; 15,50 index42,6 %. Both these have m/e value peak base 79.
