摘要: Summary The type III secretion system (TTSS) is a dedicated bacterial pathogen protein targeting that directly affects host cell signalling and response pathways. Our goal was to identify responses the Pseudomonas aeruginosa effectors, introduced into target cells utilizing TTSS. We carried out expression profiling of human lung pneumocyte line A549 exposed isogenic mutants P. PAK lacking individual or combination TTSS components. then devised data analysis method isolate key specific secreted effector proteins as well components machinery. Individually, elicited consistent with their known functions, many which were cycle-related. However, our has shown elicit distinct transcriptional when present in combination, suggesting synergistic effect. Furthermore, pattern pore forming ability needle complex. This study shows define an integrated systems biology approach required fully understand complex interplay between host.
