摘要: The SH2D2A gene encodes a T-cell-specific adapter protein involved in the negative control of T-cell activation. genotype GA13-16 homozygote promoter has been associated with susceptibility to develop multiple sclerosis. Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is an immune-mediated neuropathy sharing several pathogenetic mechanisms We genotyped region 105 controls and 48 patients CIDP. found significant association between CIDP (OR 3.167; p 0.013). hypothesize that this may be implicated persistence disease.
