摘要: Noise reduction (NR) and dynamic range compression (DRC) are basic components in hearing aids, but generally these developed evaluated independently of each other. Hearing aids typically use a serial concatenation NR DRC. However, the DRC such negatively affects performance stage: residual noise after receives more amplification compared to speech, resulting signal-to-noise-ratio (SNR) degradation. The integration has not received lot attention so far. In this paper, multi-channel Wiener filter (MWF)-based approach is presented for speech scenarios, where an MWF-based algorithm combined with proposed solution based on modifying MWF incorporate conditional presence probability order avoid amplification. goal then analyse any undesired interaction effects by means objective measures. Experimental results indeed confirm that degrades SNR improvement provided NR, whereas here shows less degradation at low increase distortion concatenation.
