摘要: The rats, fed a high sucrose diet, were mono-infected with seven strains of Streptococcus oralis. Moderate levels caries induced by four strains, and three others low levels. Approximal lesions two strains; no buccal/lingual produced. Scanning electron microscopy showed that all colonized the tooth fissures, some producing moderately abundant dense plaque. most cariogenic (PB178, PB180 PB186) similar to milleri.
