摘要: This study reports on the effects of early cooling morphology partial-thickness burns. After 10% body surface dorsal scald burns at 75 degrees C for 10 seconds, guinea pigs were treated by ice-water immersion minutes postburn only burned 30 minutes. Skin samples from and untreated burn wounds examined 2, 8, 24, 96 hours light electron microscopy. During first 24 hours, was associated with reduced loss epidermis damage to basement membrane. There also less dermal microvasculature edema fluid compared wounds. At cooled demonstrated minimal hemorrhage polymorphonuclear leukocytic infiltration, These results indicate that a cellular level, has beneficial experimental wound.
