摘要: Articular cartilage injuries of the knee are difficult to treat due poor healing ability and conventional treatment methods often give unsatisfactory results. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) have generated interest as an alternative source cells for tissue engineering their chondrogenic potential easy isolation from bone marrow. It has been reported that use scaffold in acts a support cell adhesion, keeping defects therefore facilitating formation, Hyaluronic acid (HA) is molecule particular producing engineering. In this study we evaluated vitro selection expansion Bone Marrow MSCs (BM-MSCs) by residual BM+HA membrane (BM-HA-MSCs) used scaffold. Sixty mL BM aspirated posterior iliac crest HA (Hyalograft-C, Fidia Advanced Biopolimers) was BM-MSCs were cultured with D-MEM supplemented Desamethasone, Ascorbic Acid, β-Transforming Growth Factor Insulin. When selective medium both able differentiate into chondrogenesis, but BM-HA-MSCs showed higher staining intensity than when they stained Toluidine blue. The interaction HA-scaffold seems promote itself chondrogenesis.
