摘要: The New York City House Ball community consists of social networks racial/ethnic minority gay, lesbian or bisexual men and women, transgender persons. HIV seroprevalence interview data were obtained from a sample members to identify statistical differences in prevalence, risk behavior, psychosocial stressors between who have sex with (MSM) women. Of 301 MSM 60 20% HIV-infected 73% unaware their infection, but rates did not differ by gender. Risk behavior common both groups, women more likely report exchange sex, stigmatization, stressful life events. High this special warrant relevant testing prevention services. Transgender the may be at even greater for infection due behaviors compounded substantial stressors.
