摘要: Introduction: Honey Bee Venom (HBV) has various biological activities such as inhibitory effect on several types of cancer. Cisplatin is an old and potent drug to treat the most Our aims in this study were determination anti-mutagenic cytotoxic effects HBV mammary carcinoma. Methods: 4T1 cell line was cultured RPMI-1640 with 10% fetal bovine serum, at 37°C humidified CO2-incubator. The viabilities examined by MTT assay. screened for its activity against sodium azide Ames test. results assessed SPSS software one-way ANOVA considering P <0.05 level significant. Results: result showed that 6 ug/ml HBV, 20 cisplatin 10 can induce approximately 50% death. 7 mg/ml inhibition 62.76% high potential decreasing mutagenic agents. Conclusions: assay demonstrated cause death a dose-dependent manner. also promoted HBV. test indicated inhibit agent. Anti-mutagenic increased significantly presence S9. findings reveal cancer preventing effects.
