摘要: Ferroelectric thin films are multifunctional materials with applications in a wide range of microelectronic and microelectromechanical devices. The recent investigations on multilayer heterostructures builtup ferroelectric layers different compositions have shown an enhancement the dielectric, ferroelectric, pyroelectric properties respect to single-component films. In this work, structural, (Pb,Ca)TiO3∕(Pb,La)TiO3∕(Pb,Ca)TiO3 heterostructure been studied compared identically prepared (Pb,Ca)TiO3 (Pb,La)TiO3 shows higher dielectric permittivity whole temperature interval up transition temperature, tetragonal distortion films, revealing lower residual stress heterostructure.
