摘要: Abstract The neutron diffraction method was applied to determine the evolution of internal strains (and stresses) within an Al/SiCp metal matrix composite. specimen subjected thermal treatment followed by different types elastoplastic deformation. An Eshelby type model used study contribution phenomena stress. results experiment were compared with predictions obtained using a self-consistent validity use this for stress analysis verified comparison measurement performed external load ‘in situ’. Hydrostatic phase stresses experimentally found in samples after treatment. These modified due plastic deformation, and significant relaxation microstresses observed.
