摘要: In seven patients who presented with lightheadedness, fatigue, "weakness," and sometimes syncope, blood pressure was found not to fall after standing for 3 4 minutes but severely, frequently syncope or presyncopal symptoms, 13 30 when measured every minute an automatic device. This delayed orthostatic hypotension could be corrected inflation of a suit 45 mm Hg. Its mechanism further investigated measurements plasma catecholamines, cortisol aldosterone responses corticotropin, the effects norepinephrine infusions on venous contractility. There normal excessive release in all patients, evidence impaired innervation legs some, various disorders other patients. Since therapeutic improvement greatly reduced we concluded that occurring more than 10 is potentially debilitating often correctable disorder. (Arch Intern Med.1992;152:1066-1072)
