摘要: The pathogenesis of infantile hypertrophic pyloric stenosis (IHPS) is not well understood. Recent studies have shown that the protonocogene c-kit essential for development or maintenance autonomic gut motility, and also show gene protein product (C-KIT) positive cells in mammalian are responsible intestinal pacemaker activity. This study examines muscles 23 patients (16 with IHPS, 7 controls) presence C-KIT (C-KIT+), using immunohistochemical techniques antihuman sera. In controls, many immunoreactive (IR+) were observed muscle layers. myenteric plexuses demarcated by a moderate number C-KIT-IR+ cells. However, IHPS patients, C-KIT-IR either absent significantly reduced. No found around plexuses. These findings suggest lack expression (as an indicator activity) smooth may be important factor IHPS.
