摘要: Popular and academic publications continually remind us that China has become the global manufacturing center for many international companies. However, quality problems appear to have increased in recent years, with Chinese products not meeting standards safety quality. We consider relationship between cultural value dimensions Lean Six Sigma process as a management solution problems, employing GLOBE assess possible effects of introducing China. Even though predict values may be consistent lean values, implementing practices difficult.
