摘要: The effect of the accuracy in application image value-to-density table (IVDT) from kilovoltage computed tomography (kVCT) and mega-voltage (MVCT) images on delivery quality assurance (DQA) helical tomotherapy (HT) was analyzed. DQA plans were prepared with a kVCT cheese phantom for 10 HT patients, difference absolute dose equivalence between planned real measurement evaluated according to IVDT application. calculated distribution measured MapCHECK (SunNuclear, Melbourne, FL) analyzed through process same analysis performed an MVCT image. applied variation error caused by improper evaluated. homogeneous water-equivalent had only minor influence calculation. Although overall increased when proper applied, this result no statistical significance. contained less delivered high pass rate. calculation, Application correct is important its significance using phantoms consisting inhomogeneous density materials.
