摘要: This paper extends theories explaining the influence of social determinants on workplace safety. Specifically, we applied capital theory's emphasis trust, shared norms, and faithfulness to obligations outcomes at-risk behavior perceptions a safe work environment. Data provided by 395 employees major steel company supported hypothesis that employee norms predicted both environment safety behavior, trust in supervisor envi- ronment, belief management's values behaviors.
